Payment is due within 7 days of purchase date.

We accept Bidpay, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks - Bank checks, (Postal Preferred) Money Orders, and e-checks, must clear before items are shipped, sorry but this is due to the fact that there are many fake checks/money orders and people writing checks that won't clear their bank. When mailing money orders, we do prefer postal money orders.

Even though we combine shipping costs, some items may arrive separately.

I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages once in the care of the postal service.

All packages come with free delivery confirmation (U.S. customers only). Insurance for U.S. packages is always offered on the invoice. I highly recommend you purchase insurance.

Note: USPS doesn't always update while your package is in transit. Most of the time it will state that electronic info. has been received until the day your package actually arrives. I am sorry, but I have no control over how often the postal service chooses to update. I assure you that once I print out your label, your package is soon shipped. My mailman picks up packages from my house at approx. 10am Mon-Sat.

I ship international orders once a week ONLY.

Customs forms will be filled out correctly! This means the sale price is the price listed on the form. Do not ask me to lie or mark as gift, because I will NOT do! Due to the large amount of mis-marked customs forms the seller, if caught mis-marking, will have to pay any taxes due (on the buyers behalf) and pay usps fines. I will not take this chance. Taxes vary from country to country, and I have no clue how much you might have to pay. This is your responsibility to find out.

Some countries will not allow certain products to enter (herbs etc.). It is YOUR responsibility to know if YOUR country allows a product. Know this BEFORE you bid/purchase. If YOUR package is delayed or seized because you failed to find this out, THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!

On a rare occasion an item may be out of stock. If this happens a FULL & IMMEDIATE refund is issued.
